This English-language course on the self-organising participative workshop approach known as Open Space Technology (OST) explores the use of OST-techniques and principles in the Project Management Cycle. The trainer is an experienced moderator of participative workshops using GOPP/LFA (Goal-Oriented Project Planning/ Logical Framework Approach).
